At PA GRAPHICS, we deal in specialized bike graphic/decal kits. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.

🚫 No Return / No Refund:

• All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable
• Decal/graphic kits cannot be reused once applied, hence returns are not accepted
• Orders once delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded

⚠️ Exceptions:

We only consider claims under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product received in a physically damaged condition

📌 Claim Conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Customer must provide clear unboxing video and images as proof
• Product must be unused and in original condition

• PA GRAPHICS reserves the right to accept or reject any claim after verification
